My approach to family photography is natural, relaxed and documentary-led.


This means sessions are:

  • Calm and unhurried
  • Led by interaction rather than instruction
  • Natural, with gentle guidance when needed
  • Focused on connection rather than perfection


Children don’t need to behave or perform for the camera. I want them to be themselves — whether that means exploring, laughing, running around or simply taking a little time to warm up.


I’ll gently guide you throughout the session when needed, so you won’t be left wondering what to do, but the aim is always to create photographs that feel like your family rather than a posed version of it.

Family photography sessions are offered as a relaxed, personal experience, with plenty of time for your family to settle in and simply be yourselves.

Collections begin from $400 CAD, taxes included, and include:

  • A relaxed family photography session
  • A curated online gallery
  • High-resolution digital images for personal use

Sessions are available throughout Halifax and surrounding areas of Nova Scotia.
